It dose Not Get Much Easier Than This!

As many of you may know, we encourage most of our patients to eat 5-6 small, nutritious meals throughout each day. This can be perplexing to some folks and I am always asked what sort of things I eat to accomplish this myself. You may also know that my wife, Sherrill and I work together here at the clinic, so one of the easiest things one of us will do before leaving the house in the morning, is this:
Take 6 slices of bread from a loaf.
Spread a layer of mustard and a touch of mayo on each slice.
Place about 1/2 to 3/4 inch high sliced turkey breast on 3 of the slices of bread and then place the other 3 slices of bread on top of these, to make 3 sandwichs. We then cut each sandwich in half and wrap each half in foil.
Wallah! 6 half turkey sandwiches, thrown in a small bag or cooler and we're off. These are easy to graze on about every 2-3 hours and literally takes about 5 minutes to make. Easy, healthy, portion-controlled meals that make grazing with quality, clean protein, a snap!
It doesn't get much easier.

Call to Schedule Personal Training With Sherrill

An additional room has been added to our clinic, allowing Physician's Way to add a dedicated space for personal training within our clinic. This space will be operational by Monday, August 23rd (this month). Sherrill is now scheduling patients who have an interest in one-on-one personal training. She will be teaching the principles of resistance exercise and weight training, which are a cornerstone to the development of a leaner, more toned physique and more efficient metabolism.

So, please give us a call for information on training rates, as well as possible scheduling options available, to train with Sherrill.

Texas Roller Girls Last Home Bout of the Season

Just a reminder for all of you skaters and Roller Derby fans, August 22nd will be the last home bout of the season. Need a Personal Trainer?

In two weeks we will begin the build-out on our personal training room, here at Physician's Way. We are very excited about bringing this component of wellness intervention to our patient population.
Sherrill is currently working people into her weekly schedule and will offer a variety of training options, in terms of bundles of sessions and associated training rates.
